High Pressure Fittings and Tubing - Available components are elbows, tees, crosses, couplings, check valves and filters. Fittings and tubing used to complete flow system
Components required in all flow systems large and small.
Fittings Elbows, Tees, Crosses, Couplings, and Bulkheads to 150,000 psi (10342 bar). Autoclave's high pressure coned and threaded fittings for use with 1/4" to 1" tubing rated to 150,000 psi (10342 bar).
Tubing Tubing from 1/4" to 1" outside diameter to 150,000 psi (10342 bar). Seamless cold drawn stainless tubing from 1/4" to 1" outside diameter with various wall thicknesses, in lengths up to 26.5 feet, (24 feet average). Available in different materials.
Nipples Standard length Tubing Nipples to 150,000 psi (10342 bar). Standard coned and threaded nipples 1/4" to 1" in lengths from 2.75" (69.9) to 12.0" (304.8)
Check and Excess Flow Valves O-ring and Ball Check Valves, and Excess Flow Valves to 60,000 psi (4137 bar). Check valves to provide unidirectional flow with back flow shut-off for liquids of gases. Excess flow valves available in ball design for surge protection.
Line Filters Dual-Disc and Cup Filters to 60,000 psi (4137 bar). Dual-Disc filters used to trap larger particles in first filter to prevent clogging of smaller filter. Cup filters are used for high flow rates and provide maximum filter area.
Anti-Vibration Collet Gland Assembly Series KCGL, KCBGL, and, KCBGLX Anti-Vibration Assemblies Anti-Vibration assemblies for medium pressure connections from 1/4" to 1" sizes. Used in extreme conditions of vibrations and/or shock in tubing systems, such as an unsupported line near a compressor.
