High Pressure Needle Valves - Autoclave Engineers needle valves are designed for high pressure and temperature gas and liquid applications. Available in multiple tubing sizes with Vee or Regulating Stem and optional materials. These valves are used in markets such as waterjet, waterblast, chemical and oil and gas.


Valves used to control flow by shut off, regulation, and diversion in all high pressure hydraulic and pneumatic systems.


Low Pressure Needle Valves
10V & SW Series to 15,000 psi (1034 bar)
These valves are a non-rotating rising stem design, working pressures to 15,000 psi (1034 bar). Tubing sizes range from 1/8" to 1/2". Tubing connections utilizes Autoclave's SpeedBite single ferrule design. Operating temperatures from 0°F to 650°F (-17.8°C to 343°C). 316 stainless steel construction, other options available.

Medium Pressure
Needle Valves

SM Series to 20,000 psi (1379 bar)
These valves are a non-rotating rising stem design, working pressures to 20,000 psi (1379 bar). Tubing sizes range from 1/4" to 1-1/2".Tubing connections utilizes Autoclave's coned and threaded design. Operating temperatures from -423°F to 1200°F (-252°C to 649°C). 316 stainless steel construction, other options available.

QS (Quick Set) Series
Needle Valves

15,000 psi (1034 bar)
These valves are a non-rotating rising stem design, working pressures to 15,000 psi (1034 bar) in all sizes. Tubing sizes range from 1/4" to 3/4". Tubing connections utilizes Autoclave's Quick Set single ferrule design constructed of high strength stainless steel. Operating temperatures from 0°F to 650°F (-17.8°C to 343°C).
